These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Binuns website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and EFT. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Gift Registries

Registry items are subject to stock availability. The 10% bonus voucher is issued at the discretion of Binuns management upon registry closure. Registries can be reopened for exchanges within 14 days of closing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Binuns and is protected by South African intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Binuns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
